Diane Lawson

Diane brings over 35 years of experience to Aspire Asset Management. She possesses expertise in all facets of property management. Working in the capacity of a Vice President and Regional Vice President, assisting leadership in the successful management of multi state portfolios.  Diane has extensive experience in Due Diligence, Property Assessment, Maintenance and Construction.   Diane strives to obtain and maintain long term relationships with her clients.  She has a passion for sharing her knowledge with those entering the industry as well as her associates. Diane has completed classes for her ARM, CAPS and CPM designations. She is an active member of NAA, TAA and SAAA, where she served multiple terms as a board member and committee chair.   She has management experience statewide in Texas, Colorado and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Diane is the proud mother of two sons, Clay and Blake.  Her greatest joy is her new position as Grandma, to her grandson Beau Thomas.  Diane loves to cook and garden as well as spend time with her family and friends.

Debra Major

Debra is a highly talented, results driven, and tenacious executive powered with more than 30 years of property management and strategic business development experience.  She possesses a stellar reputation in optimizing efficiencies, transforming underperforming assets into cash-flowing, stabilized capital, reducing operating expenses, and improving tenant occupancy in multifamily buildings.  Debra exemplifies measurable skills in developing and implementing innovative plans, leading employees to foster team unity and exceeding targeted goals. Debra is accustomed to working with diverse people and providing innovative solutions. She enjoys challenges, is able to multitask and work under high stress, fast paced situations. Client relations are impeccable, being one of Debra’s priorities. 

Debra has one daughter. In her free time she enjoys interior decorating, outdoor activities, and is an avid dog lover.
